Law Offices of Brent A. Duque, PLC does not charge our clients for any fees or costs unless we recover financial compensation for you. Once we accept your case, our fee is contingent on the amount we recover. We advance all court costs and other miscellaneous costs (police report, medical records, DMV, etc.) associated with the handling of your claim. We do not require upfront retainers and there are no hidden costs.
