5 killed, 3 injured on 10 Fwy off-ramp crash in Inland Empire

ONTARIO, Calif. (KABC) —
A car crash in the Inland Empire left five people dead on New Year’s Eve, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP said they received a call at about 7 p.m. of a two-car crash just off the 10 Freeway.
Officials said the crash happened on the Vineyard Avenue off-ramp heading eastbound on the freeway.
CHP said five people were killed, including a 6-year-old child.
Three other people were taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center, according to authorities.
CHP could not provide any other details and said their investigation is ongoing.
