Arleta couple killed, 1 injured in possible DUI crash

ARLETA, LOS ANGELES (KABC) —

A couple was killed and a third person was injured in a crash in Arleta on Saturday night.

The collision was reported at about 9:10 p.m. in the 13000 block of Branford Street.

Husband and wife Alfred and Alma Chacon, 62 and 61 respectively, were pronounced dead. A man was taken to a hospital in fair condition.

One person was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence.

No other details were immediately available.
