BEAUMONT: One killed in crash

One person was killed and another was injured in a single-vehicle crash in Beaumont, authorities said.

The crash was reported about 3:08 p.m. in the area of Veile Avenue and 1st Street, according to a Riverside County Fire Department/CAL FIRE news release.

There were no details immediately available about the crash or what might have caused it.
