GOOD HOPE: Vehicle crashes into tree

A car ran off the road and struck a tree in the Good Hope area near Perris, ejecting a person from the vehicle, authorities said.

The crash was reported about 1:30 p.m. on Highway 74 at Mountain Avenue, a Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department news release said. The person ejected was taken to a hospital with moderate injuries, fire officials said.�
