HOMELAND: Fatal crash victim ID’d

A man who was killed in a crash in the Homeland community near Perris has been identified.
Casey Chambers, a 21-year-old Homeland resident, died in a collision that happened about 2:42 a.m. Sunday, July 26, on Highway 74 about 300 feet east of Craig Avenue, sheriff’s and coroner’s officials said.
The accident involved at least two vehicles and injured a total of two people. Two other people involved were uninjured.�
Chambers was taken to Menifee Valley Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 3:15 p.m., a coroner’s news release said.
