Man crashes into parked cars after being shot while driving

MAR VISTA, LOS ANGELES (KABC) —

A 22-year-old man who was shot while driving crashed into cars and died in Mar Vista on Monday night.

Los Angeles police believe the victim was shot before crashing his silver Dodge Ram into parked cars at Centinela Avenue and Jefferson Boulevard.

The victim was ultimately found about 3 miles away in the 4700 block of Braddock Drive in Mar Vista, where he was pronounced dead.

Police could be seen searching the area of the shooting for evidence. An investigation was underway.
