MORENO VALLEY: SigAlert called after vehicle crashes, catches fire

A SigAlert was issued Friday night, June 12, for the eastbound Highway 60 west of Redlands Boulevard in Moreno Valley after a vehicle crashed and caught fire.
All lanes were expected to be closed between 10 and 10:30 p.m. while firefighters put out the fire, the California Highway Patrol website said.
A white sedan crashed into a tree about 9:40 p.m., and passersby were trying to get the occupants out of the sedan as it caught fire near the engine.
No other details were immediately available.
