YUCAIPA: Five-car crash blocks eastbound I-10 lanes at midday

Eastbound traffic on I-10 in Yucaipa was backed up for a mile at midday Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 30, after a five-car collision, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The crash happened about 11:20 a.m. and blocked all lanes near Yucaipa Boulevard. The backup extended to Ford Street at one point, the CHP said. All lanes were reopened by 12:18 p.m.
