Matthew R. Price | Duque Law

After college, Mr. Price attended Chapman University School of Law on an academic scholarship. During law school, Mr. Price served as a contributor to one of Chapman’s scholarly law journals, and was a leader for two years on Chapman’s Mock Trial team that competed in multiple trial competitions throughout Southern California. In addition to his studies, Mr. Price worked as a law clerk for a large civil litigation firm while simultaneously interning with Orange County Supervisor John Moorlach. Mr. Price graduated from Chapman cum laude in 2010 with an emphasis in Advocacy & Dispute Resolution. Moreover, Mr. Price was awarded Chapman’s Certificate of Excellence in Trial Advocacy upon completion of his studies.
After passing the California Bar Exam on his first attempt, Mr. Price began his legal career practicing civil litigation, mentoring under two of Orange County’s most seasoned and well-respected litigators. In 2013, Mr. Price joined the Law Offices of Brent Duque where his practice focuses on all areas of consumer advocacy.
In his spare time, Mr. Price enjoys camping with his wife Megan and their two dogs, catching games at Angel Stadium, and volunteering through various opportunities within his church.
